A Nutrition Assessment consultation is ideal if you are looking to change your diet for any reason - whether you are looking to improve energy, diet quality, gut health, sleep or need to make changes for health reasons, I am here to support you. I also help people transition to specific lifestyle choices such as veganism or a plant-based diet.
Session One (75 minutes): This is an opportunity to delve into your current diet and lifestyle, and gather information to complete my full evaluation as well as using pre-assessment client forms.
We will talk through your goals together, identify areas that we can work on and set some actions. A full action plan and any appropriate resource will be provided for you, as well as setting a date for the follow-up.
Session Two (45 minutes): This is the chance to review your progress, check what is working, review any additional challenges and create a plan for the future, whether that is continued support from me, or independently.
It’s all too easy to get stuck, shopping for the same foods and serving up the same dinners. Working together, we can assess the whole family, ensuring every person is getting the nutrients they require for their stage in life – baby, adolescent or adult!
I can help you find alternatives and easy swaps for your regular food shop (either online or at the store). We can video chat about meal planning, or I can come to your home and help you with balanced healthy meals for the whole family that don’t take forever or cost the earth; showing you new ideas and recipes that you can take forward and adapt to suit you.
